The Firm Prevails in High-Profile Case Against the SEC

Susan Brune, co-lead counsel, led the firm to a complete victory today after a hard-fought trial in the SEC’s administrative forum on behalf of private equity investor Lynn Tilton.  The SEC had sought $240 million in disgorgement, in addition to fines and a lifetime industry bar.
