Susan Brune moderated a Practising Law Institute Panel entitled Review of Significant White Collar Cases and Recent Developments. The speakers included representatives of the U.S. Attorney’s Offices for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the DOJ and the SEC. The panel focused on, among other topics, the current priorities for prosecutors and regulators, how major enforcement agencies are coordinating their efforts, and how defense counsel can effectively represent their clients in the current enforcement environment.
