Susan Brune Speaks on Insider Trading

Susan Brune spoke to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers about the development of insider trading law to date and where it is going in the wake of the Second Circuit’s decision in U.S. v. Newman. She also spoke about what it means to cooperate with the government following the Justice Department’s issuance of the Yates Memo, which calls for increased focus on individual accountability for corporate malfeasance.
