Erin has extensive experience representing individuals and corporate clients in white collar and related civil matters. Her representations have covered all stages of litigation, from inception through appeals, in federal and state courts across the country. Erin has been part of teams of attorneys that have successfully persuaded government and regulatory agencies from bringing criminal charges, obtained advantageous pre-trial dispositions, secured favorable sentences, and successfully argued appeals. She has also counseled clients during government investigations and has experience conducting internal investigations.
Before joining Brune Law, Erin worked for many years as an associate in the government investigations and white collar practice group at a large regional law firm. During law school, she was part of a team of student attorneys who defended indigent clients in advance of and through criminal trials.
She is a member of the bar in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
